Electric Hoist Gantry Crane is a light-duty, cost-effective rail-mounted lifting equipment equipped with CD/MD/HC electric hoist as the standard lifting mechanism. It is widely applied in outdoor freight yards, warehouses, ports, construction sites and other scenarios where overhead cranes cannot be installed, mainly for cargo loading/unloading, material handling and component hoisting.
The crane adopts high-strength box-type or trussed steel main girder, featuring excellent rigidity, reasonable dead weight and strong wind resistance. It can operate stably in the temperature range of -20℃ to +40℃, performs reliably under long-term heavy-duty working conditions, and effectively extends service life. Composed of gantry frame, electric hoist, long-travel mechanism, cross-travel mechanism and electric control system, it runs smoothly with precise positioning, covering a rectangular working scope to fully utilize site space without interference from ground equipment.
It is equipped with a full set of safety devices including overload protection, upper/lower travel limits, gantry travel limits, emergency brake, windproof and anti-skid devices, complying with international safety standards to ensure safe operation for both equipment and personnel. Three operation modes are available: wired pendant control, wireless remote control and operator’s cabin. Featuring modular structure and high interchangeability of parts, the crane is easy to install, commission and maintain with low upkeep cost. Lifting capacity, span, lifting height and cantilever structure can be customized to meet specific demands, making it an efficient and reliable solution for small and medium-sized outdoor material handling.
